Before the video is played, you will receive a data protection notice informing you that when you start the video, data about you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube, e.g., your IP address. Only when you click “OK” will the YouTube video be displayed and the YouTube server informed which page you have visited. MOLLET has no influence on this data transfer. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you also enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

11.2 The use of YouTube is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers. For more information on how to handle user data, please refer to the YouTube Privacy Policy at: www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy. In particular, you may object at any time to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes, and also if the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract or the provision of a specific service or offer requested by you.

12.3  You can declare your objection by sending an email to dataprotection@mollet.de or by sending a message to our Data Protection Officer (see point 3). Please specify what the objection is directed against.

13. Duration of processing
Unless an explicit storage period is specified at the time of collection (e.g., in a declaration of consent), your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfill the purpose of storage, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g., commercial and tax law retention obligations) prevent deletion.
