Safe bulk solids handling requires reliable protection systems and devices. These include the autonomous silo overfill protection system MOLOSsafe-SSS, consisting of a full indicator, silo filling device, pressure monitoring, control system, and horn. Depending on requirements, this can be supplemented with other useful components. The MOLOSsafe-SFA silo filling device, a self-acting shut-off valve at the filling line connection, can also be used as a stand-alone device, as can the devices in the MOLOSpressdec series, which monitor the pressure in silos and containers during pneumatic filling. Safe bulk material handling also includes reliable shut-off valves for all substances in the MOLOSvalve series and the microwave-based flow monitor MOLOSflow FSM, which detects malfunctions in bulk material transport at an early stage. All devices are also supplied with the appropriate ATEX approvals if required.
