The silo-safe-systems MOLOSsafe SSS protects silos and filter systems during the pneumatic filling process and thus ensures the long-term value retention of your plant. The basic package of the silo overfill protection system consists of a full detector, silo filling valve, pressure monitoring, control unit and horn. It can be supplemented with other useful components as required.

During pneumatic silo filling, the autonomous MOLOSsafe-SSS silo overfill protection system prevents the silo from overfilling, thereby protecting both the silo and the filter systems from damage and ensuring that your plant retains its value in the long term. When the filling hose is connected, the swivel lever swings to the side, activating a limit switch and putting the overfill protection into operation. The full indicator is switched on, the jet filter cleans at intervals throughout the entire filling time, the shut-off valve opens, and the green “fill free” light comes on. The filling process can now begin. When the fill level reaches the full indicator, the green light goes out, the red “silo full” light comes on, and the horn sounds. The filling process must now be stopped immediately, otherwise the shut-off valve will automatically close the fill line after approx. 30 seconds. The shut-off valve can be reopened under supervision using the “Valve open” key switch to blow out the line or to refill small residual quantities.
