Fully automatic monitoring of all coupling connections with MOLOScode significantly increases plant safety, as the process control system ensures that hose connections are always correct. This applies to all hose coupling stations and hose stations with Camlock couplings, Storz couplings, dry couplings, and other hose couplings. The MOLOScode system consists of RFID components (reading device and transponder), data transmission via RS485-BUS, a power supply unit, and various protocol converters for PROFIBUS, PROFINET, and other bus systems. All kind of coupling stations, coupling yards, hose stations, switches, and material switches can be equipped with MOLOScode.
