There are a wide range of hose coupling stations equipped with the MOLOScode system. For example, coupling stations with the MOLOScode system enable simple and flexible bulk solids changeover in an injection molding plant.
TwoSide hose coupling station
- All pipe ends with coupled hose
- Hoses equipped with couplings on both sides
- Pipe ends with corresponding counterparts of the coupling
- Hoses with identical code numbers on both sides
- Code number is the same like hose number
- Hose inspection can be accomplished without installation work
OneSide hose coupling station - hanging
- All pipes connected with hoses
- Hoses fix connected to the pipe ends from above on one side
- Opposite end of the hose equipped with couplings
- Pipe ends with corresponding counterparts of the coupling
- Only loose ends of the hoses equipped with transponder
- Reading devices installed at the pipe end
OneSide hose coupling station - rising
- All pipes connected with hoses
- Hoses fix connected to the pipe ends from below on one side
- Opposite end of the hose equipped with couplings
- Pipe ends with corresponding counterparts of the coupling
- Only loose ends of the hoses equipped with transponder
- Reading devices installed at the pipe end
